DRG EXPRESS SERVICESIn addition to the daily email news service, DRG Express provides the following value added services for sponsors: FIRST LINE PRESS RELEASE CIRCULATION DRG maintains a state and local media database which will present your press statement/release to those that are looking to make it news. When your statement goes out it is followed by personal email and telephone contacts to a formulated list to inspire select media professionals to take a look at your story. The list is based on the geography and subject that your press statement covers. This personal touch behind your story can serve as the push needed to get on the front page. MESSAGE CRAFTING You have a story to tell and crafting the press statement/release can be tricky. Fill out a simple DRG-press form and we will craft your statement for you. All statements require your written approval prior to circulation. PRESS RESPONSE FIELDING After the circulation of your press statement/release, the press will be calling to gather more information and set up times for interviews. DRG will provide a staff member to field these inquiries and assist in arranging contact with your organization and its representatives. DRG dedicates three hours to manage this kind of contact for each press statement. Additional hours are billed out at standard consulting rates after the first three hours. MEDIA CONTACT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM DRG Media Contact Management means that we constantly search for updated information and strive to open new media relations with local, state, and national professionals who can make your story news. This means that your message will not only be seen by those in the disability world, but also by the media professionals who are looking for a fresh angle on the news. NAME-IN-THE-NEWS TRACKING FOR SPONSORS DRG's constant web search capability gives you the advantage of knowing when your organization is being mentioned somewhere in the media. While not providing absolute 100% coverage, our web probes reliably inform us when clients are named, and allow us to let you know ASAP in the event a response is required. ON-CALL DISABILITY RELATIONS, IMAGE MANAGEMENT, PUBLIC POLICY AND MEDIA CONSULTING We are standing by to offer a different, outside, unbiased opinion on issues that may be confronting your organization.
